What it is
A 9-month national scale-up programme run by Luxinnovation and the Ministry of the Economy, limited to five companies per cohort: internationalisation, capital access and a 1:1 lead mentor. Eligibility runs to companies registered in Luxembourg that have raised between €1M and €15M and are up to 20 years old.
A handful of pre-scaleups per edition. Delivered as an in-kind grant: no cash changes hands, but there's no cost and no equity either.
