Who we are

What we collect and why

(a) Booking requests, name, email address, requested time slot and an optional message; used solely to arrange and conduct your consultation (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

(b) Technical data, our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site securely (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

(c) Newsletter signup, email address, used only to send our newsletter until you unsubscribe (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who processes your data

Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Umami (cloud.umami.is, anonymous, cookieless website statistics), acting as processors under data processing agreements; transfers outside the EU are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Umami records pages viewed and anonymous usage signals: how long a page stayed visible, how far it was scrolled, which external source link was followed (destination website only), which calculator was used and with which options, and whether a database question was answered. No personal data and no cross-site identifiers are collected, no cookies are set, and the content of your questions and form entries is never sent to it. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how public pages are used — clicks, scrolling and where readers stop. Clarity runs with every consent signal declined: it sets no cookies, keeps no identifier that follows you across pages or visits, masks numbers, email addresses and everything typed into forms before any data leaves your browser, and never runs in the client area. Recordings are deleted after 30 days; Microsoft processes this data as an independent controller, with transfers outside the EU safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then deleted. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, email hello@incorporate.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.lu).

No profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
